Aloo 65

Ingredients:
1.)Potatoes
2.) 3 tbsp maida
3.) 3 tbsp Cornflour
4.) Curry leaves, chopped
5.) 1 tsp red chilli powder
6.) 1/2 tsp coriander powder
7.) 1/2 tsp Cuminpowder
8.) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
9.) 1/2 tsp garammasala powder
10.) Gingergarlic paste or chopped ginger garlic
11.) 1 tbsp lemonjuice
12.)  Coriander leaves
13.) Salt
14.) Oil



Making Procedure For Aloo 65:
1.) Boil potatoes in a pressurecooker for 1-2 whistles.
2.)  Now make a thick batter with all the ingredients.
3.) Now  peel the boiled potatoes.
4.) Add the boiled potatoes to the batter.
5.)Now fry the coated potatoes in hot oil till golden brown & crispy.
6.)  Garnish with coriander leaves.

7.) Serve aloo 65 with tomatosauce,or green chutney.

Bread Sandwich

Ingredients:
1.) 8 bread slices
2.) Butter to toast
3.) Cucumber finely chopped
4.) Tomato finely chopped
5.) Onion finely chopped
6.) ½ teaspoon of pepper
7.) ½ teaspoon of oregano
8.) ½ teaspoon of salt
9.) Chilli powder

10.) ¼ teaspoon of garam masala

Making Procedure For Bread sandwich:
1.) Mix all the chopped vegetables and add pepper powder, salt, oregano, chilli powder and garam masala. This will be the stuffing between the bread slices.
2.) Stuff the bread slices with this mixture.
3.) Heat a pan and add butter to toast the stuffed bread.

4.) Now serve the hot bread sandwich

Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients:

1.) French rolls or sandwich rolls
2.) 4-¼ inch thick firm tofu slices 
3.) 1 zucchini
4.) slices of tomatoes
5.) Few pieces of romaine lettuce
6.) 2 tablespoons olive oil
7.)  ¼ cup Hari Cilantro Chutney
8.) 2 teaspoons sugar
9.) About 1/8 teaspoon salt

Making Procedure For Grilled Sandwich:

1.)  Slice tofu into ¼” thickness and pat dry. 
2.) Wash and remove ends of zucchini, then cut lengthwise into approx. ⅛” thick slices. 
3.) Slice tomatoes and keep aside.
4.) Mix Hari Cilantro Chutney and sugar.

5.) Generously grease a flat skillet and bring to medium heat. 6.) Add tofu and zucchini slices and lightly sprinkle with salt. 7.) Grill on both sides until they are light-brown in color. 
8.) Remove from skillet and wipe skillet clean.
9.) Slice rolls lengthwise through the center and lightly spread with olive oil on the inside portion. 
10.) Place on medium-heat skillet to toast. Turn off the heat.
11.) Turn over the roll and lightly spread Hari Cilantro 
12.) Chutney on the bottom half of the roll. 
13.) Layer with lettuce followed by tofu slices.
14.) Spread tofu with more chutney. 
15.) Layer with zucchini followed by tomatoes. 
16.) Cover with the top half of the roll.

Carrot Fry

Ingredients:
1.) Carrots - 2, large, peeled and finely chopped

2.) Hing - pinch
3.) Green chilies
4.) Ginger - 1/2 grated
5.) Curry leaves
6.) Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
7.) Toasted sesame seeds(Nuvulu)
8.) Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
9.) Salt
10.) Oil
 

 
Making Procedure For Carrot Fry:
1.) Heat oil in a cooking vessel.
2.) When oil is heated add curry leaves, green chilies, Hing and ginger and saute for 2min.
3.) Add the chopped carrots and mix them well.
4.) Cook without lid on low flame for 5min, mixing the contents once  a while now reduce the flame.
5.) Add salt and cook till the carrots are soft.
6.) Remove lid, add the coriander powder and mix them well.Cook it for another 5min.

7.) Add the crushed toasted sesame seeds and crushed red chili flakes and mix.
8.) Turn off flame and remove into a serving bowl.  
9.) Serve with rice or rotis.
